Student Scholarships: Scholarships are open! No one wants to owe student loans, so why not take advantage of the scholarship opportunities? Scholarship applications are open now and will close on March 1. To apply, go to student finance in your PPCC portal and scroll down to Scholarships. Click on it and it will bring you to another menu. Click scholarships again and then click apply. Student Homelessness: The winter months are pretty rough especially on the homeless. SGA wants to help people stay warm during the winter and you can help too by donating unopened socks, jackets, and gloves to one of the Soctober boxes at any of the PPCC campuses located in the student life office at Centennial near student life at Rampart Range and just inside the south entrance at Downtown Studio Campus.
SGA Joint Session meetings occur every Friday in room C-200 (Centennial) from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. These are open to students. If students want to get a better idea of what The Student Government Association does, this is the best time to do so. Students who attend the Joint Session will have a spot at the end to speak during the Student Voice portion.
