Pikes Peak Community College is stepping up its working partnership with the Pikes Peak Workforce Center to offer free or low-cost, short skills training courses.
These trainings create opportunities for unemployed or under-employed workers to retool and for employers to outsource their training programs.
The trainings include Nurse Aide, A+, Early Childhood Education, Carpentry, EMT, Agile and Scrum Certification, among others. They will be offered online, hybrid or in-person at PPCC’s Centennial Campus.

These all can be completed in less than eight weeks and lead to certifications in high-demand jobs. Many of these include college credit, starting people on a path to a college degree or career-focused certificate.
