Congratulations to all the winners of the Student Government Election!
On April 10th and 11th students were given the chance to rock their vote on the bus initiative, constitution changes, and various student government positions including: President, Vice President, State Student Advisory Council, and Senator at Large.
Allison Nottingham won SGA President and Lacey King won SGA Vice President. They are pictured above.
Alana Mitchell won State Student Advisory Council.
Senator at Large is an eight person position. Here’s a list of the following eight winners:

Student Government has seen an increase in awareness and voting participation from the PPCC student body.
For the past 3 years, voting has taken place on D2L. This year’s turnout resulted in more than 800 votes, showing that students are becoming more involved.
The Bus Initiative passed with 86.42% of voting students in favor.
854 students voted yes to unlimited access to Mountain Metropolitan Transit bus service. Students taking one or more classes on campus will be assessed a permanent student activity fee of $10.00 per semester.
All of the 11 Constitution Changes passed.
