On Oct. 1, a new gym opened at the Rampart Range Campus, providing students, faculty, and staff a free, dedicated space for fitness and wellness. “The gym will be open to all members of the campus community at no cost,” said Jason Felts, Recreation and Wellness Coordinator.
Regular hours will be Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Felts also noted that additional programming is planned. “As the fall semester continues, we’ll begin offering personal training sessions in the space as well,” he said.
The facility aims to make fitness accessible on campus, welcoming individuals of all activity levels and supporting healthy routines. Staff will announce details about available equipment, services, and amenities in the coming weeks. Some information, including final scheduling and program options, is still being finalized and may shift as the semester progresses.
Further updates will be provided as plans are confirmed, with the facility anticipated to open during the current academic term.
